During a recent Practical Completion Inspection carried out by Bestwest Building we found a surface imperfection in this stone benchtop which resulted in the entire kitchen benchtop being replaced!

Although it is difficult to see, you may be able to see the surface imperfection in the photo below. We believe this is from the manufacturing process as it is not consistent with what an on-site scratch would normally look like. It is great to see the builder & supplier replace the bench top without any hassles, this is the sort of accountability that everyone in the industry should be aiming for!
