Tash joined the Bestwest team in March 2021 and has since grown into her role as our Operations Manager. She brought more than 15 years of experience in the pest control industry, spanning administration, customer service and accounting, and has now added over 5 years in the building inspections and construction industry.
Today, Tash oversees and supports our scheduling and admin teams, making sure the day to day operations of the business run smoothly. She keeps a close eye on build progress, regularly checking in as homes move through construction, and works alongside our inspectors, pest managers and office staff to keep everything on track.
Whether it is helping the team solve a problem, keeping processes running efficiently, or lending a hand wherever she is needed, Tash is involved across every part of the business. Her broad understanding of how Bestwest operates makes her a steady presence the whole team relies on.
Tash has become a key member of our team and continues to excel in her role as Operations Manager!
