Definitions - “BWB” means Bestwest Building Pty Ltd ACN 143 759 611.
- The client, upon making the booking for a Property Inspection or other inspection & report service, acknowledges having been given the opportunity to read our Terms & Conditions of Service. The client is deemed to have accepted BWB’s Terms & Conditions of Service upon the inspector arriving at the property or site.
- The report is subject to BWB’s Terms and Conditions of Service, which forms the basis of the agreement between BWB and the client. A copy is available on both BWB’s website, provided with each report and available separately upon request.
- The report is valid solely for the client as detailed on the front of the report and is not transferable to a third party without the written authorisation of BWB.
- Please note that written reports will take precedence over any verbal comments or advice given.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a credit card authorisation for the full fee is required at the time of booking. A fee of $100 will be processed upon scheduling the service at a mutually agreed time with the balance of the payment processed upon completion of the report. The report will not be provided until payment has been received.
- All drone inspection services will be performed in accordance with CASA requirements.
- Drone inspection services can be subject to external limitations which may be out of our control, such as;
- Inclement weather.
- Safety restrictions in accordance with CASA requirements.
- Location of property.
- If your drone inspection is impacted by the limitations outlined in #7 of these Terms and Conditions of Service, we will endeavor to reschedule your inspection service to another suitable date, you will not be charged for the service as we were not able to complete it. If you choose to cancel your drone service from this point, your deposit will not be refunded.
- If you choose to cancel your drone inspection service with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will not be refunded. If you provide more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be refunded.
- The use of a drone allows us to take photographs and videos of external roof areas which may not be possible to physically access. We make every effort to locate and identify any visible defects noted through the use of the drone, however we cannot guarantee that all defects will be noted due to the limitation of physical access to the external roof areas.
- The drone inspection is bound by the same terms as described in AS4349.0 and AS4349.1 (Australian Standard).
