This wall looks like just an ordinary wall to most, however in the eyes of Bestwest Building it is clear that there is something wrong here. We recently carried out a Construction Progress Inspection where multiple issues were found requiring attention.

Upon measuring the internal walls of this new home, we discovered this fridge recess was 200mm too shallow, it was listed on the plan as 700mm deep however was only 500mm! This impacted the adjacent theatre room by 200mm as well!

Fortunately the home owner contacted Bestwest Building for their inspections otherwise this may have gone unnoticed… and there would not be anything worse than your fridge not fitting into the recess just after you pick up the keys!
