Joel was welcomed into the Bestwest Team as our Pest Services Manager in June 2018 and is overseeing the operations of Bestwest Pest Control. Joel has over 24years experience in the Pest Management Industry starting as a trainee Pest Control Technician he gained experience over the following years in all aspects of residential, commercial and pre-construction pest management using some of the most advanced industry processes and systems. Advancing into senior roles, Joel further developed his skills as a trouble shooter, dealing with some of the more technical issues. Known for his passion for providing clients with the professional service they deserve and enjoying the challenge that some pest problems pose, Joel took on supervisory roles where technicians benefited by his experience.

Advancing to Operations Manager of a well-known local Pest Control company, Joel was able to utilise his passion for great service by instilling these values in the staff he managed over 7 years. The position provided Joel further experience in recruitment, training, staff management, quality control, sales, admin and customer liaising, where he was relied on as the go-to guy for any problematic pest issues.

Joel regarded Bestwest as a great opportunity to take professional customer service to another level within the pest control industry.
