The WORST ceiling sag we have ever seen!

During a recent inspection on a home in Wembley, we found this extreme ceiling sag which is the worst we have ever seen. The ceiling board is visibly sagging significantly throughout the entire room with large associated cracks in the ceiling board. Inspecting the ceiling sag from inside the roof space revealed approximately 15-20cm of sag and the ceiling straps (stirrups) were completely snapped and no longer connected.

We had to list this as both a major defect and a safety hazard as it was ready to collapse, it was so bad that it felt uncomfortable just standing in this room knowing there is so much ceiling sag right above you!
