Steve joined the Bestwest Team in 2021 and has never looked back!

Steve has extensive building knowledge with more than 16 years experience as a bricklayer by trade. Steve is highly qualified registered builder with a Building Practitioners License (BP102927), Diploma of Building and Construction, Certificate in Residential Building Inspectors Course and a Certificate III in Bricklaying.

Steve has vast experience quoting, scheduling and completing bricklaying projects for homes in Western Australia. Steve has also developed strong IT skills throughout his life which has allowed him to excel in his role as a Building Inspector for Bestwest Building.

Throughout Steve’s career he has developed extensive knowledge of the Building Code/NCC and relevant Australian Standards including but not limited to; AS3700, AS4773, AS1684, AS3740, AS2870.

Steve is an honest, reliable and very hard working individual who fits the Bestwest Team perfectly. Steve currently carries out Construction Progress Inspections for many of our clients, this includes inspections of the concrete slab, Brickwork and Roof Frame, Waterproofing and the Practical Completion Inspection. Steve also carries out Pre Purchase Building Inspections for established homes.
