Tash joined the Bestwest Team in March 2021 and quickly took ownership of her new role as Office Manager. Tash brought over 10 years experience in the Pest Control Industry to Bestwest, with experience in all aspects of administrative, customer service and accounting skillsets.

Tash has previously managed a team of office staff in the past, dealing with day to day administrative challenges and usual duties.

Since joining Bestwest, Tash has learnt substantial information about the construction industry, general construction practices and construction inspection schedules. Tash has evolved to learn most aspects of the business and has a thorough understanding of all day to day operations.

Currently Tash manages all new client files, schedules all of our Pre Purchase Building and Timber Pest Inspections, Construction Progress Inspections and Pest Control Services for our team of inspectors and pest managers. Tash also regularly follows up with our Construction Progress Inspection clients and the builders to see how the home is progressing through construction. Over the years this has become more and more demanding due to the increased pressure on the construction industry. Tash also proofs and finalises all of the Timber Pest Inspection reports throughout the day prior to them being sent out as well as managing all payments for inspections completed.
