During a recent Pre-Purchase Building & Pest inspection we uncovered some hidden termite damage in this stud frame studio.

In the photos you can see the extensive termite damage within the actual wall which could be seen from an opening in a sliding door frame, termite damaged gripper rods and carpet underlay, small holes in the gyprock wall covering where termites have eaten through and popped out on this side of the gyprock and also in the window frame which has also been attacked by termites.

This is a really good find as there may be hidden damage throughout the walls of this studio which would have otherwise gone unnoticed.
